Salon Policies
All appointments at Tranzitions Beauty Bar must be scheduled through our official online booking site. We do not currently require deposits to secure appointments. Appointments outside of regular business hours may be accommodated upon request, with an additional fee starting at $50, subject to stylist availability. We encourage guests to select the appropriate service and review all appointment details before confirming their booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
All rescheduling should be completed through our online booking system.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will require a rebooking fee starting at $25. The fee may increase based on the length of the service originally reserved.
We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us respect our stylists’ time and maintain appointment availability for all guests.
Late arrivals
We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be accommodated at the discretion of your stylist, depending on their schedule and the time required to complete your service.
If your stylist is unable to accommodate your appointment, rescheduling may be necessary.
We appreciate your consideration in helping us provide a timely, relaxing experience for every guest.
Hair extension Appointments
For extension services, please be sure to select the appropriate appointment type when booking.
If you would like Tranzitions to provide the hair for your installation, please select one of our Hair-Included Services when scheduling.
Our luxury hair extensions are also available for purchase through our online store.
Guests are welcome to bring their own hair extensions for installation services. We recommend selecting quality hair that is appropriate for your desired style, service & longevity.
Please review your service selection carefully to ensure adequate time is reserved for your appointment.
